Awesomely Hilarious…

3 November, 2009

Good times with the dude from Shaun of the Dead that wasn’t Nick Frost, Simon Pegg, Chris Martin or the dude who was Darth Maul’s voice.

Cheeky Bastard…

I have an ego. But it’s being worked on today. I don’t have it. It’s in the shop.

I love how some dudes hate me for dating their fantasy girl, as if they were going to if I hadn’t.

That’s Pretty Funny…

Why The Hell Not: Today’s Liamism: 3/10/09

10 March, 2009

I want to, eventually, dig up some older gems from both of these lads one day, but for now, here’s a snippet from an interview Liam did for something in Shanghai…

closequoteHe added: “The main thing is that we both love Oasis, so that’s about it. We just do Oasis things.”

Gallagher also described his brother as “a proper c**k”, arguing that the worst thing about the guitarist is his “funny little head”.closequote

The Man-Crush Continues…

I went through a very long phase where I wanted to be a hip-hop producer and make beats for artists. Here’s JM doing something similar…

“I like sex and I’m good at it, ya I’m good at it…”

Saturday Morning Watchmen…

watchmen

Below is a link to a New Grounds (ya, remember them) page where an animator named Happy Harry has made a flash, Saturday Morning version of the Watchmen. This is especially great for all of the fans who’ve actually read the book.

From Engadget:

New Zealander buys used MP3 player, finds classified US Army files in like-new condition

closequoteWhile used and refurb’d electronics have a long history of delivering more than the purchaser bargained for, like assembly-line photos, MI6 documents, or the phone number to Sarah Palin’s hair stylist, New Zealand man Chris Ogle’s surprise find is a little more troubling. He picked up the above unidentified MP3 player at a thrift shop in Oklahoma for $18 used. On it were 60 files, many of which appear to be US Army property of a confidential nature, including one that lists soldier names, SSNs, and phone numbers, and another doc that appears to be a mission plan. Sadly the Government is choosing to ignore this little security breach, but we think it should step up and make Mr. Ogle an offer. He’s likely to let the thing go cheap thanks to a second unfortunate discovery: it doesn’t even play music any more.closequote

SKCD is LOLF today…

5 January, 2009

Todays XKCD is hilarious, and exactly how it feels to be in a country that uses metric and come to the realization that you can’t constantly think of it in translated terms, but instead in relative terms…

Someone posted their house for rent in DC for Obama’s inauguration on Craigslist:

“Along with my bedroom you will have access to the house’s many amenities including cable television (not that you watch much TV) for viewing Keith Olberman’s latest unhinged rants and CNN in high-def. Wireless internet means that the Huffington Post and DailyKos are only a click away on your MacBook. American flags and other patriotic paraphernalia in the room can be removed upon request.

Best of Craigslist

Why?

Ok, barring the fact that he is certifiably nuts and is a bit delusional, Tom Cruise can’t possibly be any crazier than other religious fanatic celebrities living in LA. With that being said, here he is on Letterman last night promoting his new (and, from what I hear, terrible) movie (that’s been on the shelf for 3 years):

No. 5 is hilarious.

Hahaha
